PROPOSALS SOUGHT FOR JEFFERSON SCHOOL: The Red Wing School Board is looking to sell the Jefferson building. Board members voted unanimously May 27 to have Superintendent Bob Jaszczak issue a request for proposals. The RFP process officially opened June 7 upon the publishing of legal notice in the Republican Eagle, the district's official newspaper.

Tower View is Fish and Wildlife students packed up their their rods and reels, grabbed some canoes from Welch Mill and headed down the Cannon River. May 14 was a great day to explore the great outdoors close to home.
