Now is the time to log onto/create your account at Parchment.com and order your official final transcripts, which will be delivered the week following graduation. These transcripts are free to you until June 30.
Please note, you must select Hold for Grades when choosing when to send so they don’t go out before your final grades are applied.

Key dates
May 5: Cap and gown delivery during all three lunches in the cafeteria.
May 8: Outside scholarship letters due to Bethany Borgschatz for inclusion in awards night. Email baborgschatz@rwps.org or drop off in the office.
May 18: Senior walk-throughs at Burnside, Sunnyside and Twin Bluff.
May 20: Awards Night starts at 7 p.m. in Hovda Hall. Invitations will be sent to those receiving awards.
June 5:Â
9:30 a.m. Senior Breakfast at the RWHS, catered by PicNick’s
10:30 a.m. Senior photo in gymnasium, and graduation walk-through (Mandatory for all graduates walking).
6:15 p.m. Seniors arrive at the high school cafeteria.7 p.m. Commencement.
June 30: FAFSA final submission date.
Need a transcript for college, internship or job?
ATTENTION 2026 SENIORS: As your graduation date approaches, remember you must place your order on Parchment to get your final transcript sent to your colleges, jobs, internships, etc. In addition, you must click HOLD FOR GRADES when choosing the timing for it to go out, otherwise it won’t contain your Semester 2 grades or your updated GPA. These transcripts are free to you until July 1, 2026.
