TBMS asks families to help prepare kids for MCA success

April is always a busy time of year as Twin Bluff Middle School kicks off the fourth quarter and holds Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments. Parents and guardians are always urged to ensure that students get a good night’s rest and eat a healthful breakfast – either at home or school — but especially during the weeks of MCAs. Quality sleep and good nutrition help students do their best. Student Nutrition Services will provide the normal “grab and go” breakfast to ensure all students have a full tummy prior to starting the assessments.

Reading assessment for all students will be April 16-18, followed by mathematics April 23-25. Grade 5 students also get assessed on science April 30-May 1.
