The Red Wing School Board will have back-to-back meetings Tuesday, Nov. 10. Members will convene as the canvassing board at 4:45 p.m. and then at 5 p.m. for their workshop. Both will be in Red Wing High School room J110.
The special meeting will canvass the Nov. 3 election results for the school board race and the referendum. Voters elected Terese Bjornstad, Jim Bryant and Natasha Yates to four-year terms starting in January 2027. Voters also passed the 2026 referendum, which included a 20-year, $12.86 million building bond and 10-year capital projects levy (approximately $1.5 million annually).
The workshop agenda also will include as transportation update, status of the Jefferson building sale and reconfiguration next steps now that the referendum passed.
