Red Wing School Board has one new officer for 2024:. At their Jan. 2 organizational meeting, board members elected Terese Bjornstad as vice chair, succeeding Pam Roe.
Board Chair Jim Bryant, Clerk Jennifer Tift and Treasurer Rachel Marshall Schoenfelder were all re-elected.
The board also finalized its schedule for the calendar year: Members will meet on the first and third Mondays of each month – or on Tuesdays when a Monday is a legal holiday. Workshops will run 5-5:45 p.m. and the regular board meeting will begin at 6 p.m., with only the regular meeting being livestreamed and recorded.
