Minnesota law requires schools board to hold organizational meetings every year in January. The Red Wing School Board will elect officers and review committee assignments at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 5, in Red Wing High School room J110.
Current officers are Ryan Riester, chair; Jeremy Koenig, vice chair; Jennifer Tift, clerk; Kayla Anderson, treasurer.
In addition, the board will conduct annual business such as:
- Set the 2026 meeting schedule.
- Vote on financial matters.
- Designate an official newspaper.
