The 2025-2026 budget is on the Red Wing School Board’s April 28 agenda, but first members will hear about Sunnyside Elementary Schools’ Performing and Visual Arts Showcase held April 14-17. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. in Red Wing High School J110. People should enter Door 10A.
The students of Amy Cavagnetto, music, and Rachel Fritz, art, paired songs with artwork during their spring concerts. The teachers will talk about the initiative at which parents, community members and Red Wing Public School employees could spend some time before or after the performing arts pieces exploring the visual art displays. Each student was represented in this joint endeavor to celebrate the students of Sunnyside.
The board’s Monday agenda also will include:
- Twin Bluff Middle School Safe Routes to School Boost Grant
- Administrative reports
- Acceptance of donations and grants
